Microwave irradiation dramatically increases the isolated yield of an alkyne cyclotrimerization step when compared to conventional heating methods. The flexibility of being able to perform a reaction in either an open or sealed vessel format provides the ability to add all reagents at the start of the reaction to take advantage of a high temperature/high pressure environment or add reagents during the reaction, reducing byproduct formation.

與傳統(tǒng)加熱方法相比，微波輻射大大增加了alkyne cyclotrimerization分離產(chǎn)量。在敞口和密封的條件下，均可進(jìn)行反應(yīng)。在反應(yīng)開始前，可添加所有試劑反應(yīng)試劑，在高溫高壓環(huán)境或添加試劑反應(yīng)時(shí)，減少副產(chǎn)物的形成。
